Ocean Terminal is where you will find most Princess sailings out of Southampton, including Regal Princess and Sky Princess. Celebrity Cruises also berth here regularly with Celebrity Silhouette and other Solstice-class ships. Luxury lines such as Silversea and Seabourn use Ocean for their Southampton turnarounds. The terminal is smaller and quieter than Mayflower or QE2, which usually means a faster disembarkation experience — though peak dates still see all five Southampton terminals running at full capacity.

Getting to and from Ocean Terminal

Ocean Terminal sits alongside QE2 inside Dock Gate 4 at the eastern end of the Port of Southampton. Exit the M27 at Junction 3 and follow A33 signage for the docks. Dock Gate 4 is clearly signed. Once inside the port, signs direct you to Berth 46 for Ocean Terminal specifically — your driver will know the split between QE2 and Ocean within the same gate.

How Your Meet & Greet Works at Ocean Terminal

Your driver will be waiting at the vehicle at the designated pickup point outside Ocean Terminal, holding a name board with your booking reference. Cruise terminal pickup in Southampton takes place outside the terminal building — this is standard Southampton protocol, so once you have cleared the terminal with your luggage, walk through to the pickup area and you will see them waiting. What happens if my ship arrives late into Ocean Terminal?

Tell us your ship name at booking and we track its scheduled arrival at Southampton. If the ship is delayed, we adjust the driver’s arrival at Ocean Terminal accordingly — at no extra charge. You will not be left waiting, and we will not leave before you clear the terminal.
